General Fund
Concordia Life Plan Community provides for the daily care of our residents. We take pride in providing exceptional care and strive to go above and beyond to exceed the needs of our residents. A donation to our general fund will enhance the quality of life throughout Concordia by funding amenities, services or programs that would otherwise not be possible. These funds are unrestricted and will provide for the immediate needs of our community as determined by Concordia’s Executive Team.
Good Samaritan Fund for Benevolent Care.
The Good Samaritan Fund provides benevolent care to Concordia Life Plan residents who outlive their resources, through no fault of their own and need assistance to remain in their home. Benevolent Care provides vital financial aid for seniors and ensures residents will continue receiving the same quality of service, care and life enhancement as those with means still available.
Scholarship Fund
Concordia’s Community Scholarship Fund provides continuing education opportunities for Concordia team members who wish to pursue their education or professional certifications in any field of study. The Scholarship Program contributes to leadership development and career advancement for Concordia associates and ultimately attracts and retains the most professional, compassionate associates to provide first-class service and care to Concordia residents.
