OKLAHOMA CITY – Concordia Life Care Community honored its employees with an awards banquet in March at Messiah Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City, and selected five employees out of more than 130 to recognize individually. Creating the Wellness on Wheels Program at Concordia Life Care Community just made sense. A faith-based nonprofit, Concordia is a Life Care Retirement Community in northwest Oklahoma City offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. Two Concordia residents, Clyde and Phyllis Buchanan, shared their story on Valentine’s Day with a local ABC reporter.
