Join us at Concordia for History and Tenacity: An Oklahoma Speaker Series
Concordia is proud to host former State Representative, Gary W. Banz, Co-Founder of Oklahoma Honor Flights and Executive Director of Force50Foundation. Join us at Concordia as the honorable, Gary W. Banz, shares his insight about Skytrain and Force50Foundation. As flight commander on 24 flights, Gary and volunteers of Oklahoma Honor Flight took veterans from local communities to see their memorial. Gary’s efforts and tenacity lead to the publishing of the documentary, Journey to Honor, in 2016, as well as the nonfiction book, Just in Time. Gary’s most recent endeavor, Skytrain, premiered in July at Rose State and will be highlighted at this event. You won’t want to miss this fascinating dive into history.
