Hospitality is always on the menu.
Cuisine and companions you’ll truly savor.
As important as the food, meals are a time for connecting with friends and family. At Concordia, camaraderie abounds over a glass of wine and chef-prepared delights. Expect to leave your table satisfied, by the food and the experience.
Each day the culinary team creates enjoyable, tempting meals served restaurant-style, all day, in the warm and welcoming community dining room. We offer a full continental breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner. Concordia’s Chef de Cuisine uses the freshest ingredients to create meals that are delectable and varied. Our dietitian oversees heart-healthy options and ensures personal dietary needs are met.
Concordia’s menus are always available and are created to provide healthy options based on residents’ preferences as well as their feedback. We love hearing what our independent living, assisted living and memory care residents think of their dining experience and welcome feedback, so we provide comment cards on all tables to ensure we are keeping residents’ food choices a top priority.
Carry-out options are also available, and we’re always happy to cater for your special events and celebrations in the private dining room.
Food That Inspires Discovery
Great food isn’t just made in our dining room – it’s made in the kitchens of our residents every day. We love making food part of our Lifelong Learning philosophy for first-time cooks looking for new skills, and our lifelong cooks love sharing their skills with neighbors. Take a look at these tutorials and maybe you’ll learn a new twist on some of your favorite foods.
