Concordia Life Care Community to Hold Free, Confidential Memory Screenings

As part of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s (AFA) National Memory Screening Program, Concordia Life Care Community in Oklahoma City will offer free, confidential memory screenings on Thursday, November 5, 2015.

Screenings will be held from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Concordia Life Care Community, 7707 W. Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73132. Call (405) 720-7200 to reserve your memory screening.

Qualified healthcare professionals will administer the memory screenings and provide educational materials about memory concerns, brain health and caregiving. The face-to-face screenings consist of a series of questions and tasks, and last approximately 10 minutes.
